Spring is the PURRfect Time of Year!

It is coming soon Taylor County! Signs of SPRING are everywhere, Robins, daffodil greens shooting up through the ground, a few more weeks and we'll be there! This Winter has seemed long and a bit harsh to me, but its all worthwhile when our beautiful state bursts into bloom. I look forward to Spring with all the joy of a little kid at Christmas. Its also a very busy and trying time for me and other area cat rescues.
Spring is 'gulp' Kitten Season! Beginning this month, many hundreds of kittens will be born in our area. Pet overpopulation is a problem we can all do something about. For more information, you can visit
http://www.lornacats.com/, http://www.hsus.org/, http://www.spayusa.org/, http://www.fohowv.org/ . Want to make a difference? Help others alter their animals. Talk to people about adoption and the importance of spay/neuter too.

Now let me introduce you to Miss March at PURR West Virginia, Inc.! She is a real sweet heart and is SO ready for her furrever home! Contact me: cats@lornacats.com for information on adopting Marigold or one of our many PURR Babies!

PURR Baby of the Month
Our featured pet Marigold.
Marigold is named for that bright yellow summer flower that always makes me think of a warm summer day and a garden filled with scents and
sweetness. She is like that. She was almost destroyed because of pet overpopulation in our area, but she was saved and is so grateful to be loved and safe.
Marigold is approximately one year old, a soft little girl, with gentle manners and kind loving eyes. She is a listener. She sits and waits for me to finish my work, laying her head
on my arm and looking up sweetly and patiently for my cue to get in my lap. She will love love love a furrever home. And will bring a lot of joy anywhere she
lives. She still likes to play, likes naps in laps and just adores being hugged, YES HUGGED! She has been altered, tested and has had her shots and routine treatements too. She is PURR West Virginia’s Miss March, very excited to meet
you so please write us, fill out an application and come see this purrfect lady.

"Thanks for loving ME!"Marigold
